As part of our constant strive to improve functionality and introduce new functions for our Members and Brokers, a new version of our extranet, SCOL, will be launched on Tuesday, 26 February 2013. The release will include several system improvements. Notable new functions for Members and Brokers are:

Electronic Entry Form for Charterers Liability Insurance
This function will enable Members and Brokers to report vessels to be entered for Time and Voyage Charter.  Key features in the application are automatic completion  of vessel data, based on the entered IMO number, and information feedback for users when the Entry Form has been processed by the Club.

Electronic Debit Notes
Debit Notes for P&I and FD&D insurance will now be published in SCOL, and be available to users who would also receive them by mail.Similar to other types of documentation, users will be notified that there are new documents published, and they will be able to download or forward Debit Notes as needed. Printed invoices will also be sent out until further notice.
