What can be done when the damage is done – can you make a bad case better? The question were discussed from different perspectives at this year’s AGM.

While Martin Baxendale from MTI Network talked about how to maintain media control of a casualty in the Sea Empress-case, Sean Moloney from Elaborate Communications Ltd. talked about the Costa Concordia and how the media control was lost. Roger Harrabin from BBC News talked about the role of the National Media and what questions the public want answered. This followed by a panel discussion including the speakers and also Rob Grool from Vroon Group and Lars Rhodin from The Swedish Club.
